AIDENS BIO

Aiden Scott is a multi-instrumental musician and songwriter from Southern California who specializes mainly in Guitar and Bass with over 13 years of playing experience. He began taking guitar lessons at age 9, and picking up bass guitar and drums along the way. In high school he improved his chops while playing with other musicians, forming bands and performing at local DIY shows. In 2016, Aiden and a collective of other musicians in the area began organizing and promoting their own DIY gigs, showcasing local bands around the Santa Clarita area. These shows would bring out crowds of up to 250 people at its peak. At the same time, he set up a makeshift studio in his garage where he and his fellow band mates record and produce demos and an EP for his bands 'The Bees Knees' and 'The Arkives'. It was here Aiden discovered an interest in producing and would carry on learning how to use programs like Logic and Protools for future projects.

In the Fall 2016, Aiden moved to London to begin his undergraduate program at British & Irish Modern Music Institute. Using the collaborative and team building skills he honed from organizing shows in California, he inserted himself into London's vibrant live music scene playing for multiple projects and bands. In 2017, Aiden joined indie rock band 'The Great Flud' as guitarist, backing vocalist, and songwriter. The band would go on to play over 40+ gigs in and around the London area, record a session at the BBC Maide Vale Studios, and record their EP Busy Minds which currently has over 28,000 streams on Spotify. Aidens other main project in London was as co-songwriter and guitarist for the band Kansas City Theatre. He would go on to record and produce their debut album with band mate Kasey Klar, and play over 20+ shows at venues such as The O2 Islington, The Spice of Life, Water Rats,  and countless others. Aiden is currently finishing up his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional Musicianship, and is working on Kansas City Theatre's upcoming EP. He has also recently joined the California based band Unfortunate Samaritan and recorded lead guitar for their album "Journey into the Already Known"
